Conor Maynard broke out into the UK earlier this year and has already achieved fantastic success with his debut single ‘Can’t Say No’ grabbing the #2 hot spot in the UK charts in April, selling over 200,000 copies.
Now he’s back with his second single ‘Vegas Girl’, which is certain to be another hit when it’s released on July 23rd. It’s another urban and electro-pop song that has been written with extremely catchy lyrics. The upbeat dance track revolves around Conor hoping to meet a stunning ‘Vegas Girl’ in a club, who he compares to Rihanna and Beyonce. The song was written and produced by Conor and the Invisible Men, and will also be featured on Conor’s debut album ‘Contrast’ which will hit shelves a week later on July 30th.
Conor recently travelled all over Europe and North America on a whirlwind promo tour, being greeted with fan hysteria wherever he went. And he was also privileged to get a personal invitation from Richard Branson to fly on the inaugural Virgin Atlantic flight to Vancouver, where he performed a short set for guests.
Conor’s fan base is growing every day – so far he’s had more than 90 million online video views, almost 400,000 Facebook fans and over 275,000 Twitter followers.
Conor briefly toured the UK earlier this year and he’s now preparing for a summer tour. Tickets are available from June 15th and will be priced at £13.50 for all shows. Dates are below:
