So it has now become common knowledge that Bruno Mars will be doing a track for the upcoming ‘Twilight: Breaking Dawn‘ soundtrack. He has recently revealed that he plans the track to be ‘dark’.
It was also revealed earlier this week that Bruno’s ‘It Will Rain’ will serve as the lead single from the film’s soundtrack, due for release on November 8th
Bruno commented on the recent news: “The Twilight movies for me [are] a love story. But it’s a dark love story. And I think the best way to describe the song is: it’s the darker side of love. I think that pretty much sums it up. ‘It Will Rain’ started off with me and the guitar and I just had this melody in my head and basically laid it down after I saw the film. I personally think if I did this for the Twilight soundtrack, then this is for the Twilight soundtrack. This is not for my album.”
Twilight star Taylor Lautner recently promised that fans will not be disappointed with Breaking Dawn’s strong emotional content.
The ‘Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1’ opens on November 18 in UK and US cinemas and so many people cannot wait (me incfluded). Watch the official trailer for the film here below..
