At a time when most women are thinking about baby names and nursery wallpaper, what is our favourite pop superstar Beyonce doing? Making the video for her next single clearly!
The new video for ‘Countdown’ see’s the beautiful pregnant Beyonce paying homage to her predecessors’ with a colourful array of dramatic make up and 80’s style leotards, reflecting past pop culture icons, such as Audrey Hepburn and Tina Turner.
The video is bright, and it reflects the song well. As for the song itself, it has to be said, it’s not one of Beyonce’s greatest but it’s something different (although at times a little repetitive). However, that said, this is a good attempt and for any shortcomings the song itself might have, the video is great and Beyonce is looking more fabulous than ever… We do wonder if there is anything she can’t do?
