ABBA’s Agnetha Fältskog has confirmed that her and the other members have been considering reuniting for an upcoming anniversary.
The iconic Swedish band split up back in 1982 and there have been plenty of reunion rumors since.
However, next year sees the 40th anniversary of the release of ‘Waterloo’ and Fältskog hinted that there could be a special event to mark the occasion. She said: “Of course it’s something we’re thinking about. There seem to be plans to do something to mark this anniversary in some way. I can’t say at this point what will come of them.”
ABBA are said to have released 73 singles together during their career, including ‘Dancing Queen’ and ‘Mama Mia’.
