Ryan Adams will play his first ever set at London’s Royal Albert Hall on March 19 in a special performance to benefit the Teenage Cancer Trust.
The show will be Adams‘ first with a full backing band in nearly four years and will feature the debut of new songs from his as-yet-untitled new album due for release in the autumn alongside classics from his extensive catalogue.
The new record reunites Adams with producer and Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame inductee Glyn Johns (The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Clash etc.) who also produced his last album “Ashes & Fire”.
Released in October 2011, “Ashes & Fire” hit the UK Top 10 on release, making it Adams’ most successful album in Britain to date.
While most tickets for the show are already gone, a small number of choir stall seats have just been put on sale for £35 and can be purchased via GIGSANDTOURS, TICKETMASTER or direct from the ROYAL ALBERT HALL website.
