As the first day of Glastonbury officially kicks off today, rumours are riff that Radiohead will be playing the Park Stage this evening as special unannounced guests.
Tonight’s line up already includes Primal Scream, Biffy Clyro, Morrissey and U2 who will be headlining the Pyramid Stage (although it is thought that protestors may demonstrate during U2‘s performance over their apparent tax issues in Ireland).
Thom York and Johnny Greenwood of Radiohead played a similar surprise acoustic set at Worthy Farm last year on the Park Stage and were introduced by Glastonbury founder Michael Eavis.
Conditions are already very muddy and with predictions of more wet weather to come today revellers will be crossing their fingers that the forecast is right and that weather conditions will improve over the weekend!
