Following the critical and commercial success of the album ‘High Violet’, Brooklyn 5-piece indie band The National are back with ‘Trouble Will Find Me’, the sixth addition to their studio album discography due for release May 20th. In advance of the release, Mistaken For Strangers, a documentary following The National on their biggest tour to date, will premiere at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival as the festival opener on April 17th. Also, the group will be embarking on their 2013 tour, with highlight locations including Brooklyn’s Barclays Center, Bonnaroo Arts & Music Festival, the Greek Theatre in L.A. and Red Rocks Amphitheater. Tickets are on sale for most of the tour dates announced so far.
