The Kooks are back for the first time since their last album in 2011 ‘Junk Of Heart‘, with a new E.P ‘Down‘ which is due for release 20th April. The band have released the single named after the E.P ‘Down‘ via Sound Cloud, a link to this is just below. The new track is supposedly R&B inspired, the band worked with Inflo, a hip-hop producer and performer, lead singer Luke Pritchard said how nothing was pre rehearsed and the band had a real sense of freedom with the track. This R&B influence is apparent in the track, they have definitely strayed away from their normal genre of indie acoustic, listen below!
