Ultra Music Festival has announced the dates for their 2015 event and see’s the Miami festival taking place from March 27-29th 2015.
This year festival came under fire from Miami city officials after a security guard was seriosuly injured during a crowd stampede that resulted in a broken leg and brain haemorrhaging. The Mayor, Tomas Regalado, has called for the event to be moved to a new location.
Ultra Music gave this statement in reply:
“Consistent with our commitment to improve every year, ULTRA is conducting a top to bottom review of security procedures and measures to assess where we can add even more security for the event next year.
“This review will include an assessment with the Miami Police Department of how security can be enhanced immediately outside our gates to prevent a criminal incident of this nature from happening again.”
