A new name to the festival calender is Brownstock, located on the Brown Family’s farm, near Chelmsford in Essex, is going to be headlined by none other than Labrinth.
The festival, which takes place on the weekend of the 31st August-2nd September, is a fully family enterprise, with the Brown clan taking care of all aspects, from bookings and production, to food and entertainment.
The list of artists lined up for the weekend is looking fantastic, and includes Nero (DJ SET), Zane Lowe, Grandmaster Flash, Toddla T, Artwork (Magnetic Man), Doorly, Jackmaster, and The Cuban Brothers, with a Sunday headliner still to be confirmed.

Festival Director Adam Brown says: “We are very excited to welcome some huge and globally recognised acts to Brownstock Festival this year and Labrinth definitely tops this off. But we are also excited about our support bands. We give everyone that applies a hearing and we genuinely think that we have a few names there that will be ringing in your ears long after we close the festival gates. Remember you heard them here first.”
