Ladbrokes have recently completed a survey on American films & TV shows, and it seems Friends is still at the top of peoples charts!
Out of 1000 people surveyed, 38.83% named the sitcom their favourite American based TV show, followed by Sex In The City with 13.76% and How I Met Your Mother at 9.35%
Rachel Green (Jennifer Aniston) also topped the votes as the most stylish American character with a staggering 62.52% of the vote, beating Sex And The City’s Carrie Bradshaw with 37.18%.
Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry) was voted as the ideal American Best Friend above, How I Met Your Mother’s Ted Mosby with 46.43% of the vote
People’s favourite TV hang out would also be Central Perk ,and Joey’s ‘How u doin?’ also topped the charts for favourite catchphrase!
Other interesting results from the survey included Bruce Wayne as most stylish American character and people cheering as characters enter the room seems to be everyones biggest pet peeve!
