What does the world need? More Will Ferrell. Hollywood’s funny man will be starring in the adaptation of Susan Trott’s Novel, Flamingo Thief.
The story involves Tim Forester, a multi-millionaire businessman who loses his son and in an attempt to handle the grief he begins to steal china figurines of flamingoes, the first of which being from his three year old niece. His habit escalates and along the way he is shot and faces potentially losing his wife and business. Forester is shot, and shot at but in a sick kind of way he can’t get enough of the buzz that thieving these flamingoes gives him. The only question is, where will it end him up.
