Update On Woman In Black Sequel!

Claimed as one of the scariest films of 2012, the sequel to The Woman In Black has been given a new director! Check out more info here!

With the success of the original film and the on-going success of the play; the sequel to The Woman In Black has been in consideration for a few months now. With Jon Croker writing the screenplay, Hammer Horror Films have finally found a director that is up for the job and he comes in the form of Misfits director Tom Harper.

The sequel entitled The Angel Of Death, will focus not on Daniel Radcliffe’s character (because you know… he died!) but on a young nurse called Eve. The setting takes place during World War II, with the old haunted house being taken by the government and acting as a temporary mental hospital for the military. Eve soon realises that she has to deal with the supernatural when a group of evacuees come to visit the hospital; waking up the house’s evil owner.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the director stated; “This will be a great opportunity for me to collaborate with a brilliantly talented team on the next instalment in this exciting series”.

The Angel Of Death has not been given a release date as of yet but we will keep you posted!
