With The Hunger Games absolutely smashing it at the box office in its opening weekend, it is clear to suggest that Jennifer Lawrence is hot property right now. Guess what? We now have the official trailer for Lawrence’s up and coming horror feature, The House at the end of the Street.
The film stars Lawrence as 16 year old Elissa and her mother Sarah, played by the fabulous Elizabeth Shue, rent the house of their dreams in a quiet rural town. However, not everything is as it seems (naturally!) and the next-door neighbours have some haunting secrets! What happened was… the little girl decided to murder her parents in their bed and leave only her brother alive before she disappeared into the woods “never” to be seen by the public again. Sounds rather creepy.
Hit The Floor showed you the first film still and described the film as a mash up between The Amityville Horror and The Hole, however the trailer seems to suggest some weird alliance between the demon sister and the socially inept brother… are they in on something that Lawrence’s character shouldn’t get caught up in?
