Panasonic have been busy promoting their Lumix GH3 camera and recently signed a partnership agreement with Rankin Film Productions to produce a film series entitled ‘GH3-Minute Movies’. The aim was to make three movies, each by a different film maker, each three minutes in length to showcase the videography abilities of the camera.
“We are excited about the prospect of what our latest Lumix GH3 can offer to creative filmmakers and wanted to find the right partner to help explore those possibilities. As soon as we met RFP’s roster of young director talent we knew we’d found the right team to put it to the test.”
The first film in the series entitled ‘Hertz’ was directed by Vicky Lawton. The short film stars Toby Kebell who has appearing in films such as Rock N Rolla, Wrath Of The Titans and Dead Man’s Shoes. He finds himself trapped in a room and subjected to a game, unsure of where it will lead.
