Clint Eastwood‘s big screen adaptation of the hit theater musical Jersey Boys, has released its first trailer. The film will follow the same plot as the stage show with the telling of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons.
The film will cover the groups astronomic rise, through the good times and then deal with their problems that inevitably comes with overwhelming success.
The trailer shows that even if you are not a fan of their music or musicals it is still a dramatic story of rags to riches and a lot of substance in-between.
The film will star John Lloyd Young, Erich Bergen, Vincent Piazza and Michael Lomenda. As well as an appearance from Christopher Walken.
Jersey Boys will be out in cinemas on June 20, 2013.
