Jeremy Renner is currently a very busy man. At the moment he is filming Avengers: Age of Ultron at Shepperton Studios in London, returning to his role as Hawkeye for Marvel for the first time since the Avengers Assemble.
Despite this, he took some time out recently to discuss his future plans as well as confirming that he will be returning for two of the biggest spy thrillers in Hollywood.
When asked if he would be interested in appearing in the second series of TV sensation, True Detective, he said “It’s kind of unlikely. In fact, I’m kind of strapped time-wise doing Avengers 2.”
He then went on to explain about his plans after that: “…and Mission: Impossible 5 is rearing its head, and then they want to do another Bourne movie.”
So it does seem that Renner will be reprising his roles as William Brandt and Aaron Cross respectively in the next year or so.
Being involved in three of the biggest franchises in the world at the moment does have its perks and Renner continued by stating: “It’s just really high-class problems – pretty awesome to have”.
