Hollywood superstar Jake Gyllenhaal and the ever rising actress Amy Adams are set to star in Philip Seymour Hoffman‘s second film Ezekiel Moss.
It was first announced in 2012 that Hoffman would take a second stab at directing by taking on this ghostly depression-era story.
The script is written by Keith Bunin and follows a young boy who becomes friends with an out of town drifter, played by Gyllenhaal, who seems to be able to communicate with the dead. Adams is now known to play the mother of the young boy, who is yet to have an actor tied to the part.
There is no news when the film will begin shooting or a release date, but with the script sounding haunting and two fine actors working on the film, let’s hope it is not too long before anything is announced.
