The Shinebright Studio Launches In London

The Shinebright Studio located in Brick Lane is holding events throughout the summer to inspire and work with young creatives. Get involved!

Following on from last year’s successful campaign to nurture and promote young creative talent, Glacéau Vitaminwater’s have launched an exciting new project – The Shinebright Studio. The event will run for seven weeks this summer, kicking off today (30th July) providing the public with a place to exhibit, create and be inspired.

Based in the heart of Brick Lane, East London; the creative epicenter of the capital, the new pop up space will offer young creatives a range of exclusive opportunities to work with of the biggest names in the entertainment and creative industries.

Partners include; critically acclaimed singer/songwriter Foxes, self-made amateur filmmaker turned sbtv media boss Jamal Edwards, music mogul James Lavelle, influential fashion designers Agi & Sam, Christopher Raeburn and Rosie Wolfenden from Tatty Devine, founder of the school for creative startups Doug Richard, music industry titan Rob da Bank and emerging art and design talents Lauren Baker, Isabel and Helen and Bread Collective.

Each partner will hold sessions and events to offer young creative new oppurtunities to inspire them throughout the summer. Here the events lined up at The Shinebright Studio this summer!

• An eclectic series of exhibitions featuring a wide range of artists showcasing collections centered around art and fashion.

• One off mentoring sessions with James Lavelle, Doug Richards, Jamal Edwards, Agi & Sam and Christopher Raeburn. Each workshop is designed to help young creatives reach their full potential and be the best that they can be.

• The chance for one lucky individual to win a place worth £3,500 on the school for creative start-up’s 9 month training and support programme, where they can gain invaluable business know-how from experts in the industry, as well as all the tools they need to get their concept off the ground.

• The chance to lucky winner will have the chance to display their talent at this iconic venue, exhibiting at The Shinebright Studio for the final week.

Foxes, who launches the summer schedule with a performance tonight said of The Shinebright Studio:

“It’s a place for people to imagine and I love that the whole concept of the studio is really exciting for me – somewhere with real creativity and a sense of opportunity at its heart. I’m thrilled to be performing and holding a mentoring workshop where we can all talk about our shared passion for music and arts.”

Talking about his partnership with shinebright studios, Jamal Edwards also commented:

“Shinebright Studio is something that would have been amazing to have had when I was growing up. I’m excited about being a part of something that is directly plugged into what’s important to young, passionate people these days – doing something different and innovative that harnesses their drive and ambition.”

The Shinebright Studio runs from the 30th July to the 10th September at The Old Truman Brewery, Brick Lane, London. Don’t miss out!
