News has struck the fashion world today, in regards to rumors of successor for the fashion house Oscar De La Renta. It was said that John Galliano was set to become the successor but that was quickly “broken down”. According the Financial Times, Oscar De La Renta stated that there is “no search underway”.
Other designers that are rumored to take over such as Olivier Theyskens, Jason Wu and Prabal Gurung – who refused to comment. But according to the brand it’s time to but the rumours to rest as the fashion house of Oscar De La Renta is not ready to name an successor, just yet.
