Former Central Saint Martins student graduate, Molly Goddard will be teaming up with online retailer ASOS to launch a capsule line of four dresses. Goddard graduated last year with her key inspirations including Barbie and The Spice Girls, developing her quirky design sense.
Emma Fox, ASOS womenswear fashion director said “Molly’s BA collection was not only accomplished but incredibly beautiful. The carefully constructed pieces are the work of an exceptional talent and we are honoured to be working with her on this special collaboration.”
While studying, Molly also completed internships with John Galliano and Meadham Kirchhoff, where she most probably developed her inspiration and unique style. Goddard’s previous style of bright, box tulle shapes, which she used for her graduate pieces, will be reappearing in the ASOS capsule line. Commenting on the collaboration, Molly said, “As such a new designer, it’s amazing that ASOS have supported me in putting my designs out at a level I never imagined.”
