Yep, that’s right, London has been added alongside New York, Paris and Hong Kong as one of the worlds hotspots for a spot of shopping.
London was noted for having the most amount of new store launches from leading fashion brands, where as Hong Kong was recognised for having the highest rent for retail spaces. Annual rates work out as around $1,430 (£94o), per square foot on London’s Bond Street; approximately $2,625 (£1,727), on New York’s Fifth Avenue; and $2,170 (£1,428), on the Champs-Elysées in Paris.
