Come April 17, Dior will be taking us behind the seams at the Tribeca Film Festival. The fashion documentary titled Dior et Moi focuses on Dior’s creative director; Raf Simons debut couture collection for the iconic fashion house.
The film is directed and written by Frederic Tcheng, who has become accustomed to producing remarkable fashion documentaries, former work includes Diana Vreeland: The Eye Has To Travel and Valentino: The Last Emperor.
Tcheng turns his focus to the finer details of producing a couture collection, looking at Simon’s skilled group of collaborators, with the atelier’s seamstresses stealing the spotlight. The festival runs from April 16 to 27.
