The bi-annual Vs Magazine is showcasing an eclectic mix of cover girls across four front pages for its Autumn/ Winter 13 issue, including actress Eva Green, singer Courtney Love, and models Jessica Stam, Hailey Clauson and Luma Grothe .
The women are intimately shot in black and white portrait with each cover layered with in hashtags, reading ‘#chic’, ‘#sexy’, and ‘#epic’.
One cover features rock goddess Courtney Love channelling cabaret star Liza Minelli. The Hole singer poses in a top hat and lingerie, combining Minelli’s cabaret glamour with her own grunge-chic image, bed-head hair and cigarette in hand.
Another shows Jessica Stam sucking on a love heart shaped ‘I Love You’ lollipop, reminiscent of the poster for Stanley Kubrick’s adaption of ‘Lolita’ from 1972.
