Dsquared2 are officially allowed to distribute its collections in China, after having a tough time due to Nuohe‘s counterfeit label.
A Hangzhou court has now ruled that the Italian label are “legitimately allowed” to sell in that area, although Nuohe had trademarked the DSquared label 3 months ago.
Nuohe had officially registered the brand alongside Dior Homme and Iceberg back in October, but the wannabe label opened stores mimicking the DSquared2′s logo lettering, products and even the boutique’s layout! Naughty.
The final court decision means that the twin brothers can continue to expand their company.
