Roberto Cavalli has released six sketches of the outfits for Miley Cyrus’s ‘Bangerz World Tour’. Cavalli doesn’t disappoint combing his flare for all things glitz with Miley’s edgy look. The collection features barely there hot pants, leopard print, cropped denim jackets and plenty of crystals to amp up Miley’s look.
The more chic outfits include a zebra print all in one and a sheer crystal studded bodysuit which has us flashing back to Britney Spears’ 2004 ‘Toxic’ video. Cavalli however makes it clear that this was made for the rightfully body confident Miley Cyrus, making it more sheer than crystal, we will be seeing a lot more of Miley in this than we ever will Britney.
The 73 year old Italian designer who has designed tour costumes for singers including Beyonce, Cheryl Cole and the Spice Girls proves talent is ageless. How will Marc Jacobs, The Blonds, Jeremy Scott and Bob Mackie who are all designing pieces for her tour ever be able to top these?
If we were still able to envision Miley as the cute Disney star these outfits make damn sure we can’t now. The outfits scream outrageous and we say bravo.
