Now that Adele has appeared in the now-legendary Carpool Karaoke feature on The Late Late Show with James Corden, the pressure is officially on for any celeb who dares to follow in Adele’s footsteps (well, would you?!).
Sia is the latest addition to James Corden’s Carpool Karaoke family – and, entirely predictably, she holds her own. After a short skit, which sees Sia unable to navigate her way to Corden’s SUV due to that impractical dual-toned haircut, the Australian-born singer proceeds to blow us away with powerful renditions of songs like Chandelier and Rihanna‘s Diamonds. Sia actually wrote the latter – if it’s any consolation, we didn’t know that up until now either.
We’re also offered a rare glimpse of the woman behind the wig, with Sia chatting away about everything from her troubled past to her thoughts on aliens (spoiler: they exist).
