Although Kurt Cobain’s death was officially ruled as suicide in 1994, in a new documentary, Soaked In Bleach, a former Seattle police chief said he would reopen the case.
Adding to the conspiracy theorists, which have been piling up over the past few years, the film is directed by Benjamin Statler and tells the frontman’s story through the eyes of Tom Grant – a private investigator who was hired by Cobain’s wife, Courtney Love.
Packed full to the brim of evidence from Grant, Norm Stamper, a former Seattle police chief, even went as far to say: “If [he] were the Chief of Police, [he] would reopen this investigation.”
Grant has openly spoken out about Love for years via his website Cobain Case. Painting the Hole singer as a murder, Love has addressed the site and sent cease-and-desist letters to theaters planning to show the film.
