The awesome Rachel Platten has just released her new single ‘Stand By You’ over here in the UK and we were lucky enough to catch up with her in London to find out more.

After the huge success of her single ‘Fight Song’, which went to number 1 in the UK last year, she has also now released her new, and third, studio album Wildfire and has been ultra busy doing promotional spots and gigs including her debut UK show at Bush Hall, London on Jan 19th.

After doing a bit of research and finding out she once wrote a song for her dog, has rap skills and, in her own words, “f**king loves board games”, we caught up with her at her label offices for a well needed chat.
