You may remember we introduced you to Marlon Roudette back in November. The singer-songwriter who describes his sound as ‘electric soul’ reflecting the title of his second album, has already proved to be a sensation across Europe and Australia.
As only the second non-X Factor/Britain’s Got Talent artist (after Labrinth) to be signed to Syco, Marlon has certainly proved his potential. Although his latest single When The Beat Drops Out may not have been released in the UK yet, it is currently sitting at Number 28 in the Shazam UK chart and receiving plays from the likes of Radio 1, Kiss and Capital FM, suggesting us Brits are already big fans. Also, given it has charted in the top two positions in the Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Belgium and Switzerland, we definitely think the track could be a big hit here!
