HTF introduce to you the incredibly talented American singer and songwriter Kristina Train.
Kristina who has a beautiful voice is gearing up to release her second album ‘Dark Black’ in October after her successful first album ‘Spilt Milk’. But before this second album is dropped, her EP ‘Dream Of Me’, is out in August and gives us a taster of what to expect from this upcoming album and is certainly setting the bar high.
The ‘Dream Of Me’ EP consists of three elegant tracks: ‘Dream Of Me’, ‘Lonely Sinner’ and ‘I Wanna Live In LA’, and they really do showcase Kristina’s stunning voice as well as her own unique musical identity. It was recorded in London and just like her upcoming album, these songs were written and produced by Kristina alongside Martin Craft. Although Kristina has been living in London permanently since 2011, she grew up in Georgia and this Southern influence is definitely portrayed within her songs; something which makes Kristina’s music stand out. She has a very distinctive blues sound to her music, which fits perfectly with her emotional song writing and soulful voice. Kristina has natural talent and not only is she an impressive singer, but she is also a classically accomplished violin player as well.
