Fashion-ForecastWeather

Monday 17th June – Sunday 23rd June

It sure seems like a classic British summer for the week we have ahead of us. Considering it’s the middle of June it’s not the weather we were planning on. With light showers and only a few sunny spells scattered here and there it’s not too ideal, however for this week’s Fashion Forecast you’ll know what to expect and step out of the house not too disappointed and looking confidently chic!

1MondayMonday 17th June

Back to work on Monday, with the weather being mostly dry throughout the day at 19 degrees, but misty around the coasts and short showers to be expected we have a classic trench coat and little black dress outfit. Look classy in a sheer Suzie dress from Topshop under a classic beige trench coat from Wallis. The dress retails at £60.00, but for a real bargain the coat is just £28.00. To match the outfit we have a pair of leopard print shoes from heels.com, and then finish off this look with a studded bowling bag from Mango.

2TuesdayTuesday 18th June

The weather looks like it’s going to pick up on Tuesday reaching 23 degrees, so we have found these floral cigarette pants from River Island to bring out the sunshine *fingers crossed*.  The cigarette pants cost £30.00, which we have paired with a loose white vest from H&M costing £25.00. Wear this outfit with a pair of studded flat pumps from Office for just £15.00 and blue statement bowler bag from ASOS. To accessorise we have found this gold chunky curb chain necklace, which seem to be really popular at the moment. We have found one from River Island for just £12.00.

3Wednesday

Wednesday 19th June

Similarly to Tuesday, the temperature seems to be at a steady 23 degrees, but with a higher humidity percentage, so any excuse to sport a pretty skirt in the “summer”. We’ve put together an Aztec skater skirt from Boohoo for just £19.00 and a white button front tie crop top from New Look for just £3.00. This really will be great for the summer look under this Miss Selfridge denim jacket. Lastly adding that sophisticated touch this pair of black wedge heeled brogues from Debenhams should do the job, and a Ted Baker statement clutch.

4ThursdayThursday 20th June

This Thursday the weather seems to be going downhill with more chances of rain and being only 18 degrees. But not to worry we have a great look which will still stand, out so you won’t blend into the grey weather. Thursday is the day to bring out those Dr Martens and put them with a pair of boyfriend jeans. To get across that chic look we’ve found this pretty white lace top from H&M to go with the Zara jeans. Then going that extra mile and to keep your hair from getting wet we’ve found this River Island bowler hat for just £15.00, and limited edition Illamasqua nail polish.

5FridayFriday 21st June

According to the weather forecast Friday seems to be our sunny day, going back up to 21 degrees with scattered sunny spells. Making the most of the weather and it being the end of the week, we have this classy attire for the good weather during the day and for going out too. Looking bold and beautiful we’ve found this red sheer maxi skirt from New Look, to pair with a black mesh panel cropped top from River Island. From the Kardashian Kollection in Dorothy Perkins you can get this black and white clutch bag for just £19.00, then finish off the look with a pair of black studded sandals from Boohoo.

6SaturdaySaturday 22nd June

The week is over and it’s Saturday night! Yes there may be some chances of rain about, but its summer and it’s time to rock those pastel colours and pretty dresses. For Saturday night partying or maybe going out for a meal, we’ve found this dress with a bronze glitter bodice and flowing pink chiffon skirt from Debenhams. Wear the dress with these killer pastel pink Kurt Geiger heels and Mango leather clutch. Lastly accessorise with a chunky feature ring from Accessorize.

7SundaySunday 23rd June

Sunday the day of rest, time to make a cuppa and mooch in your comfiest clothes. The weather looks like it’ll be dropping again over the weekend and back to just 19 degrees with more chance of rain. Even if you’ll be sitting at home recovering from the night before or going out to run some errands, do it in style with this H&M dip hem jumper costing around £25.00. As it’s dip hem the jumper is longer at the back so perfect to wear with leggings and keep comfy. We’ve found a pair of Topshop leather panel leggings to team with the sweater, as well as classic black Converse and this cute little octopus pendant which you can find on Amazon for less than £5.00. If you want to go a little further and add to the look give your nails a quick lick of this deep red crackle O.P.I nail varnish.
