Radio 1’s Big Weekend hit Glasgow at the end of May. Chart topping musicians performed including Lily Allen, Rita Ora and The Vamps. Coldplay headlined on the 24th May and Katy Perry headlined on the 25th May much to the delight of their fans who came by the dozen facing the cold and rain in the wait for the performances.
Up and coming artist were given a chance to impress via In New Music We Trust. Artists which performed on the additional stage included Lorde, Bombay Bicycle Club, Clean Bandit and many more.

Theres no denying Katy Perry looked anything but fabulous in a glittering gladiator outfit and a high pony tail. The stars outfit fits perfectly with her Prismatic World Tour which began on May 7th 2014 in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
