Sacha Baron Cohen’s upcoming comedy ‘Grimsby‘ has been given an official release date for the US of July 31, 2015.
Filming begins this summer and will follow an English football hooligan whose brother is a British black-ops Agent, with rumours suggesting that the Ali-G star will play both parts.
Cohen teamed up with Peter Baynham to write the script for the film. The two previously worked together to write the script for Borat. The locations for the film have yet to be announced but Sacha‘s visit to Grimbsy back in October suggests that some of the film could be shot there.
During his visit, Cohen was spotted wearing a Grimsby Town Football Club shirt on Social Media sites.
The release date for the UK has yet to be announced.
