With the upcoming film The Amazing Spider-Man 2 drawing ever closer, three new posters have been revealed for fans of the series. One of which displaying a confrontation between the hero and villain in Time Square.
It appears that Jamie Foxx’s character, Electro, has been cut-and-pasted in each of these posters as he is in the same pose throughout. Also seen in one poster is an image of Chronicle actor Dane DeHaan as his character Harry Osborn, set on one of the Time Square’s jumbo screens. This suggests the return of the Green Goblin.
Andrew Garfield will of course once again be making a return as the ‘web-slinging’ superhero Spider-Man, while Emma Stone and Sally Field will also be returning to play previous characters Gwen Stacey and Aunt May.
Other infamous villains from the franchise have been hinted in the previously released teaser trailer for the film, including footage of Rhino and mechanical suits for Vulture and Doctor Octopus. Additionally you can take a look at the other posters for The Amazing Spider-Man 2 here
