Current Guns N Roses guitarist Richard Fortus has revealed that the band hope to record new material when they have some time off from their residency in the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas next month.
Fortus said: ‘We are working on stuff and hopefully very soon we’re going to have new stuff out. Well, in the next year. We’re going to be in Vegas all together, so hopefully during that time we’re going to be able to get in a room and start laying down some more stuff.‘
Bumblefoot, another guitarist from the band, stated last year that the band had written new material ready for an album, which would be the follow up to 2008’s ‘Chinese Democracy‘, an album that was 13 years in the making. Hopefully fans won’t be waiting so long this time around.
