Esther Isabel Amado Romo – or Bella De Lune, as she identifies herself on social media – uploaded some brief Instagram videos on ‘clown contouring’, firstly to show the fun you can have with make-up, but also to teach us one fine cosmetics trick!
Bella De Lune’s original video received so much praise and demand for a full-length tutorial, she finally gave in and uploaded the video Clown Colour Correct Highlight & Contour, showing us just how a dramatic face full of clown make up (and a poop emoji) can make for some perfect contouring.
In the extended version of the video, Romo says how she has been hated on due to the way she uses make-up, but she stands up for what she does, mentioning her Instagram collaboration with user Make Up By Alo.
Before going into her tutorial, Romo states: “Even though you don’t need this amount of make-up, or any make-up at all, to feel or look beautiful, let’s face it: make-up is fun and it’s a way of expressing yourself.”
