Personally being somewhat of a fanatic when it comes to seeing this five piece live it was obvious tonight was going to be mouth watering. Feed The Rhino are renowned for their intense live performances and as they bring their show to the South West for the first time in two years it was evident the Plymouth scene were going to lap it up.
Sure enough from beginning to end these boys throw themselves into their live onslaught; stomping around the venue completely owning their onlookers as we all stare fixated on what we are witnessing.
Leading man Lee Tobin is where your attention is drawn to throughout their set; his fierce enthusiasm makes the show just so incredible to watch. It’s impossible to stand still and watch these guys with their fast paced guitar riffs aplenty and build ups laced perfectly within tracks sends you in to a frenzy.
Tracks such as ‘Left For Ruins’ and new single release ‘Tides’ from latest album offering ‘The Burning Sons’ are a perfect example of why 2012 was so great for this band. Tonight every track laid down pretty much erupted their audience and as they close with classic Rhino track ‘Butchers’ the proved they mean business yet again.
