Save your breath
Welsh pop punkers Save Your Breath hit up main stage with a bit of an unusual crowd. Save Your Breath are almost the perfect pop punk festival band with groups singing along, beers waving and basking in the sun. However when the Power Rangers turned up attention was diverted and the band became the perfect sound track to a throw down. Regardless Save Your Breath jump, kick and throw themselves all over the stage in sync with the Power Rangers (along with smart casual power ranger who obvious missed the morph suit memo). ‘Nothing Worth Having Comes Easy’ instigates a sing along but the rangers are stopped from getting on stage by smiling security despite it being morphin’ time. 3.5/5 AC

Anti-Flag
Punk rock doesn’t come much better than political peace-promoters Anti-Flag. Their music might stem from American politics, but it translates worldwide, and that’s obvious today as they pull in a pretty decent fanbase. If songs such as ‘One Trillion Dollars’ and ‘Die for Your Government’ don’t get you going (although they seem to do the trick with most people), perhaps drummer Pat Thetic and vocalist/bassist Chris#2 climbing over the barriers and jumping into the crowd, instruments and all, will. Their set is full of emotion, energy, significance and fun all at once, and their message reaches the whole crowd- as far as they’re concerned, their job is done. 4/5 SL
