Keeping your hair soft and shiny looking is an integral part of being a girl. Especially if you’re a girl that is constantly styling with hot tools. Not only hot tools, but hair coloring and highlights. These can end up frying our ends and drying them out. So, with a new product on the market called Agave Healing Oil, we girls here, at Hit The Floor Magazine, decided to give it a try.

Agave Healing Oil is a hair oil that is non-greasy and lightweight. It instantly smooths the hair while sealing at the same time. The best thing about it, is that it adds shine and is suitable for all hair types.

The healing oils is made from plant extracts so therefore it conditions while building strength. It contains natural botanicals like coconut, vanilla, sunflower, and safflower are blended with madagascar baobab seed oil to nourish and transform hair’s outer layer.

Agave has a whole line of products including shampoo, conditioner, styling creme, flat iron and brushes. We opted to use our own shampoo and conditioner to get a feel just for the healing oil to see what that was like first. After washing the hair, we applied a drop of the healing oil throughout the hair focusing on the ends. The scent alone will make you want to apply more, but directions must be followed or else you’ll be defeating the purpose of the oil. Once the hair was blown out and flat ironed we applied a dime size more throughout the hair for a finishing touch.

Over all, the product is amazing and it really made our hair feel soft and hydrated. Our hair look as frizzy or dry. It smells amazing and feels soft unlike any other oil we’ve tried before. If you’re looking to try an oil, this product is definitely on our list as a must try.

You can buy Agave Healing Oil from Sephora for $40.00.
