Losing the likes of Kids In Glass Houses this year will have left a massive hole in all of our hearts, but Nottingham based alt-rockers Lacey are here to fill the void with pure melody and hooks that will really help drive you back to your rock roots.

With influences from the likes of the aforementioned Kids In Glass Houses, as well as Taking Back Sunday and Jimmy Eat World, Lacey are a four piece band set to release their debut album ‘Under The Bright Lights‘, which is attempting to continue their legacy of compelling song writing that you just can’t help sing to yourself.

The first track to be released from their debut album is ‘Tonight‘ which was recorded in Steel City Sounds, due to winning a competition with Drop Dead Clothing. It also meant they could film a video to accompany the track, which you can check out below.

If you like what you hear you can check out the full album, which is due to be released on April 20th, and you can also check them out live supporting Jaret Reddick’s, formerly of Bowling For Soup, new band People On Vacation.
