A few hours ago ‘The Godfather of Grime‘ Wiley dropped a video for the title track of his latest album ”Evolve Or Be Extinct‘.
The tune (which was dropped late last year) seems to deal with the negative hype that a lot of MC’s get when they break the mainstream and start doing commercial tunes, though Wiley is clearly sticking with his Grime roots; A simple beat, some hard bars and a backwards new era cap.
Also I can’t be sure but it sounds like there might be a lil Chipmunk diss in there too ‘I don’t take care of chipmunks my names not Alvin‘ … Check 0.54 and let me know what you think.
