JoJo has signed a new deal with Atlantic Records.
After a seven year battle with her former label Blackground, the singer’s rep confirmed to the LA Times that she has signed a contract, although she is yet to confirm herself.
JoJo found fame by becoming the youngest solo act in the US to top the charts with her single ‘Leave (Get Out)‘, at 13 years-old. She then went on to record two albums, and began releasing mixtapes in 2010 and 2012, as she was unable to release music commercially. These included the tracks ‘Disaster‘ and ‘Sexy To Me‘. She is currently working on her third studio album.
