Weezer Debut ‘Back to the Shack’ on Fallon

This week’s #weezerwednesday saw the band appear on Fallon to perform their new single. Check out the video here.

Credit: Facebook Weezer recently released their new single Back to the Shack, the first from Everything Will Be Alright In The End, due for release September 30th. This week, instead of their usual #weezerwednesday video, they’ve appeared on Jimmy Fallon‘s show to perform the single for it’s public live debut. In the performance, a KISS bobble head can be seen on singer Rivers Cuomo‘s amp, a nice reference back to the band’s early days that feature in the lyrics.

Everything Will Be Alright In The End is the band’s first album since 2010’s Hurley, and has seen Ric Ocasek from The Cars taking on production duties again. He’s worked with the band before on their 1994 debut, The Blue Album, and 2001’s comeback The Green Album.
