Thrice Set To Release Live Album

Orange County rockers Thrice are getting set to release ‘Anthology’ a special live album and so much more. Find out the details here!

If you were one of the thousands of Thrice fans left shocked when the band announced earlier this year that they were set to take a hiatus, you may want to stick the 29th October in your diary.

The Southern Cali rockers have announced they are set to release a special live album, with the 24 live tracks taken from various dates on their recent farewell tour. ‘Anthology’ will be available digitally, on two CDs, and as a limited edition box set containing four LP’s. The LP box set will be limited to only 3000 stamped and numbered pieces and will also contain a 24-page booklet along with 2 black LP’s and 2 white LP’s all on 180 gram vinyl.

When asked about the upcoming ‘Anthology’ release, drummer Riley Breckenridge had this to say: “This is a live record that is truly live. There are no overdubs, no edits and no pitch corrections. We wanted this to be an honest and accurate representation of a show from our Farewell Tour and a memento for our fans, and that’s exactly what it is.”

Thrice announced the news of their hiatus back in April after a career spanning 13 years together and 8 studio albums. ‘Anthology’ will be the second live album from the band.
