Rage Against The Machine may have played their last ever show as a band.
Drummer, Brad Wilk, recently spoke with The Pulse Of Radio (Click here to see an excerpt by Blabbermouth), and stated that their most recent show (at L.A. Rising Festival in 2011) could well have been their last.
The drummer said: “As far as I know, we played our last show in 2011 at the Coliseum, and if that was our last show, that’s a good way to go out.”
“I had sort of had to put it in my head that that band is over in order for me to just move on with my life, to be honest with you, so that’s kind of where that lies. The Coliseum — awesome way to go out.”
Rage guitarist Tom Morello has also hinted in recent years that the band are over.
With Rage Against The Machine having not played live since 2011, and Wilk drumming on Black Sabbath’s latest album, 13, as well as appearing in Dave Grohl’s Sound City documentary amongst other musical ventures, could this be the end for Rage Against The Machine?
