The Birmingham metallers band Odessa unveiled earlier this week a change of guitar player. As Gary Stephens recently departed the band, he will be replaced by Jamie Wrighton.
As well as changing guitar player, the band is also releasing a dual play-through video for the track ‘On The Outside’, featuring Jamie Wrighton on guitars. You can watch the video by scrolling down.
Lead vocalist Richard Lardner commented on Jamie’s arrival in the band: “Jay knows our sound well, I’m confident with his ability and know that he will bring something new to the table to help us evolve the sound that we already have.”
Odessa are set to release their debut album ‘Carry The Weight’ on January 28 2013 via Ghost Music.
