Frontman Jacoby Shaddix has spoken out about Papa Roach’s upcoming eighth studio album.
F.E.A.R (Face Everything And Rise) will see an early 2015 release, and will be a “banger” according to Shaddix.
Speaking to Alaskan radio station KWHL, he stated that:
“This record, we’re very proud of what we came up with … there’s elements of hard rock, elements of heavy metal, elements of pop … it’s just all over the place, man. But it’s another classic Papa Roach Record. I’m very proud of it.”
The record is chock full of stories about facing turmoil, about “stepping up to your problems and connecting with … God and walking through those things”
Shaddix finished up by saying:
“This record, if I were to die tomorrow, I’d be happy with this being my last statement as a musician.”
