It’s that time readers. It’s the last session of series 2! Get your hankies at the ready! *Floods of tears*
But never fear; we are ending it on a banger! Whilst down at this years Boardmasters in Newquay we caught up with our good friend Chas Palmer-Williams. Some of you may know him as the former cheeky chap vocalist of ska/punks finest ‘Lightyear’. Over his career he has managed to play Reading And Leeds Festival four times (including playing a gig in the campsite after Metallica to headline the festival), has been on stage with the legendary rapper Ice T dressed as a pantomime horse and in total played over 2000 shows!
He’s now back and bringing his humorous take on life to his new solo project with his brand new album “The Ballads Of Douglas E. Fairbanks’ set for release early next year.
Chas treated us to an exclusive solo performance, with guest barks from Wilma the dog, of his awesome track ‘Payphone’ and we can’t think of a better way to finish the season!
