Green Day Play ‘Dookie’ In Full At Reading And Leeds Warm-up Gig

Green dayGreen Day played their smash hit 1994 album ‘Dookie’ in full last night at their Brixton Academy warm up date for the upcoming Reading & Leeds Festivals.  The band were supported by Frank Turner, who was performing his first gig after cancelling a series of dates due to a back pains. You can see video footage of the whole album being played and Green Day’s full setlist below!

Both acts also played tribute to The Clash legend Joe Strummer on what would have been his 61st birthday, with Turner dedicating recent single ‘Recovery’ to the punk icon.
Green Day and Frank Turner both play Reading Festival’s main stage tomorrow (August 23) and Leeds Festival on Saturday (August 24).
